Several of the loverly people doing YoCP with me this year have decided to do yearly goals, instead of monthly. And I have a yearly goal.
Keep my head above water.
No. I kid. I kid. The yearly goals are below, and then I'll break down my goals for January.
Yearly Goal #1: Shop a book.
Because I have obviously have a whole host of things that are coming out through the press, but I've got other things too, and all kinds of big name people have been very right this year about one path not making a work-flow. I shall have many paths.
Yearly Goal #2: Read a book.
I will read at least one book a month. I would utterly love suggestions for what to read next, if people have them. I'm still getting ready to start The Peace War.
Yearly Goal #2: Make a Thing.
I want to take more time this year to do creative stuff for me. Because everyone in my family has knitted or crocheted fun stuff but my husband and I. I aim to rectify that.
Yearly Goal #4: Learn to count.
Did you catch that?
So, what's the agenda for this month?
Well...
A) Launching Refractions, Vol 1 on Jan 15th.
B) Launching The Case of the Armadillo (also right now on Jan 15th).
C) Finding some book reviewers and also publicizing Undiscovered Country (and everything else).
D) Keep up with the blogging.
E) Make Holiday Gifts for my friendy people. Because we don't usually do that until February so I have time.
Now let's see if I can make all of that.
